Are your garments ethical and eco-friendly?
Yes, we print and embroider our designs on shirts made in Fair Wear and WRAP accredited factories. Our shirts are vegan, printed with water-based inks and shipped in plastic-free biodegradable packaging.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Currently, our garments are printed and shipped within seven days of receiving your order. Once printed, shipping times are as follows:
- UK: 1 - 5 days
- Europe: 3 - 5 days (Note: Due to Brexit, a high number of packages are being delayed by customs going into the EU. You may be charged VAT by your post office.)
- United States: 3 - 5 days
- Australia: 4 - 9 days
- Rest of World: 7 - 10 days
Can I return, exchange or cancel my order?
Because each garment is printed to order, we cannot offer returns or cancellations. One-time size exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date you received your order. Please see our returns policy and be sure to check our sizing guide in order to make sure you get the right size the first time around.
If the item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
Before reporting a missing package to us please check at your local post office and confirm your delivery address.
Please allow 10 working days from the date of shipping to delivery addresses within the UK and 30 working days for delivery addresses in Europe, the United States and the rest of world to report a missing package to us.
Please also note that we must be notified within 60 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
Once deemed as lost we'll be able to work with you to resolve the problem.
What payment methods can I use to make a purchase?
All our payments are secure. We use Shopify Payments (major Debit & Credit cards), PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
We ship our products from the UK.
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
Import VAT and duties will typically be collected by the courier, who will also generally hold the parcel until payment is made.
Will my shirt shrink in the wash?
Our garments comply with the general performance standards in the clothing retail industry. To minimize shrinking and twisting, it is recommended that the wash temperature does not exceed 30°C in a standard or delicate washing cycle, and the garments are reshaped before drying on a line or flat.
Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?
To help the ink bond with the fabric and prevent flaking, t-shirts are pre-treated with a fixation agent before printing. This fixation agent is non-toxic and eco-friendly but can sometimes leave an odor. Don't worry, the smell will disappear after the first wash.
How do I care for my clothing?
- Wash at 30 degrees Celsius, inside out
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron over print
