Returns and Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We are an eco-friendly company, and as part of our zero-waste policy we print each item to order. Unless there is a fault with the item, we do not accept returns.
One-time size exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date you received your order. Please be sure to check all sizing guides carefully before making a purchase to get the right size the first time around.
To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be in their original condition (never worn or washed). You will have to pay the return shipping, but we will cover the shipping cost for the new item.
To complete your return, please let us know via email at email@example.com and we will advise you of how to return the item to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue you with a store credit to place a new order for the correct size.
What if the item is faulty?
Whilst rare, printing errors do occasionally happen. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Our product images are mock-ups only. Because all of our items are printed to order, the size and positioning of text, imagery, and other design elements, such as ink colouring, may vary from the images shown.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Before reporting a missing package to us please check at your local post office and confirm your delivery address.
Please allow 10 days from the date of shipping to delivery addresses within the UK and 28 days for delivery addresses in Europe, the United States and the rest of world to report a missing package to us.
Please also note that we must be notified within 30 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
Once deemed as lost we'll be able to work with you to resolve the problem.
